Predictive Index (PI) Behavioral Assessment and 1-on-1 Results Readback
- The PI Behavioral Assessment reveals an individual's strengths, weaknesses and work style. Understanding these nuances can foster better self-awareness and teamwork.
Just-In-Time Mentoring Sessions
- Course instructor-led mentor sessions that provide immediate assistance, knowledge, advice and guidance for specific challenges the participant is facing.

Tuition Cost: $1,200
Applicants must have an active Chamber membership to be considered for selection.
Applicants must be employed by an active Chamber member organization in order to be considered for the program. Applicants accepted into this year's class will be notified by Friday, March 13, 2026.
Upon acceptance, tuition is due in full by March 13, 2026. Tuition payments are final and non-refundable once the applicant has accepted their spot in the class.
