Together with friends at McCarus Beverage Company, the wine bar will serve a selection of bubbles throughout the night. Adding to the festive celebration, Stems & Skins will also feature the sparkling wine’s perfect match – caviar – on the menu, just for extra cheer. The wines of Raphael Bereche, Cedric Bouchard, Marie Courtin and Christophe Mignon will all be available by the glass for the evening.
