Charleston, SC –
Leadership Discovery, a leadership development program by the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, has announced their first year of graduates. This new program is an innovative, team-based experience that allows members the opportunity to learn from experienced executives in the Charleston region.
This year’s executives included Dorchester County Councilman Jay Byars; Cantey Technology President Willis Cantey; Rewined Candles founder Adam Fetch; Charleston County School District Superintendent Gerrita Postlewait; and Charleston Promise Neighborhood CEO Sherrie Snipes Williams.
During two monthly two-hour sessions, participants in Leadership Discovery received personalized DISC assessments while they networked, attended a business etiquette dinner and honed their personal and professional skills. The presenters also answered questions for participants and helped them to connect with business and government contacts.
