Business in your Backyard – WestEdge: Public Private Partnership

WestEdge Resilience: The Ultimate Public Private Partnership?

Registration is now closed. Walk-ins are welcome starting at 4 p.m.

Parking and Entering
The program will take place in the unoccupied retail space next to Publix on the ground floor of 10 WestEdge.

Complimentary parking will be available in the internal parking garage in the 10 WestEdge building on the 2nd and 3rd parking levels. First level is occupied for Publix customer parking.

Without effective collaboration, prioritization and a diverse leadership team, sea-level rise and flooding could present existential risks to Charleston. The business and development communities will need to be more than stakeholders; they must become partners in the effort.

The WestEdge District recognizes this issue will not be solved by the government alone and is treating resilience as a Public-Private investment strategy.

Also, just for joining us, you will be able to meet Charlie T. Riverdog and attend the RiverDogs game that night for free!
