Local Area Chambers

Bringing the Chamber to You

Yes, we are a regional Chamber that serves our entire metro. But we fully understand the importance of what is happening in our individual communities and how it affects our entire region. That’s why we bring the Chamber to wherever our members are.

Local Area Chambers give you access to connect with others and resources where it matters most to you. Local Area Chambers are the perfect way for you to balance your desire to be engaged in the community with your other responsibilities. By bringing the Chamber to where you work, we are minimizing the time you spend traveling to and from events and maximizing the time you spend connecting with others who do business in your area and understanding the issues that affect you!

Local Area Programs

Business in your Backyard

Held in each of the Chamber’s four local areas, Business in your Backyard provides the opportunity for members to connect with each other while engaging and discussing targeted topics focused on localized community and economic development issues.

Local Area Connects

Face-to-face interactions are invaluable for strengthening and creating new relationships. We offer a variety of connection opportunities in each of the Chamber’s four local areas. Connection events are offered either over coffee in the mornings or during happy hour in the evenings in each local area.

Chamber Connects

Think of this as a mega-connect. Held quarterly in collaboration with Charleston Young Professionals, it allows you to meet new and exciting people across multiple industries while sharing ideas and collaborating over drinks and appetizers.
