“Paul Miloni, a vice president with the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, said Mixson improves the standard of living for the citizens of North Charleston by including community porches, community gardens and outdoor venues.

‘People need food; people need clothing; people need shelter. But what’s often left out of that equation is people need people, and that’s the strength of the community sense that you get here at Mixson,’ Miloni said.”
