One branch of FinTech Advisory Services works with small business owners who are frustrated with the level of profits their company is currently generating. We provide guidance, with step-by-step solutions, so their passion can become truly rewarding.

We have proprietary software that helps us analyze a business, target areas that need the most improvement, and develops a roadmap on how to proceed. We can find any business $30,000 – $50,000 in 45 minutes. Then we take the guesswork out of where to start and how to proceed.

Small business owners are experts in their craft. They know how to work IN their business. We teach them how to work ON their business.

The original branch of FinTech Advisory Services helps large corporations improve efficiency and effectiveness of back-office systems and processes through financial system evaluation/implementation, business process reengineering, and training. We specialize in configuration and support of SAP FI and CO modules.

We have experience in multiple industry sectors including: automotive parts manufacturing, chemical, high tech, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and higher education (public sector with fund accounting). International experience includes North America, European Union, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
