eGroup Partners with Microsoft to Offer Virtual Office Resources

Effective today, eGroup is physically closing the doors to their headquarters, however, virtually they’re keeping the lights on and it’s business as usual. Their team will be exercising social distancing with moving the remaining 40% of the team that’s typically in-office, to a remote work status.

“As we are very well-versed in the art of the remote workforce, we are happy to extend a hand to help wherever possible. Whether that be with simply answering questions about what our team’s best practices are, or educating on what platforms your team could be utilizing to increase communication and collaboration. We have the resources and the knowledge to help your organization transition between telecommuting practices and in-office productivity.”

At eGroup they believe “work is what you do, not where you are” and have effectively used Microsoft Teams for years with deep expertise.

eGroup is partnered with Microsoft to offer 1,000-seat licenses of Microsoft Teams for six months to aid in getting through the predicament that the Coronavirus has placed us in.

This six-month trial provides the full Microsoft Teams experience and functionality, with all of the following features and benefits:

  • Teams meetings – with Video and Chat
  • Online file storage
  • Document sharing and Co-authoring

“Our nation is being challenged with an unpredictable state but we remain optimistic through the practice of working together– as a team, with our customers, in the community. At eGroup, we are in the business of helping others succeed and we will continue to do so during this time. Please feel free to circulate this option to any and all organizations that you believe may benefit.”
