NAI Charleston Hires Recent College of Charleston Graduate Welles Worthen

NAI Charleston is pleased to welcome Welles Worthen to the brokerage team. After studying the real estate industry and interning with a local commercial development company, Worthen is pursuing a career in land and retail brokerage and development.

“NAI Charleston stood out to me as a team of ambitious, upstanding individuals,” said Worthen. “I could not ask for a better group to learn from and to begin my career with. I very much look forward to my future endeavors with NAI Charleston.”

Prior to joining NAI Charleston, Worthen graduated from the College of Charleston in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and soon after he worked in site selection processes for grocery-anchored shopping centers. During his time as a student, Worthen took classes that were focused in real estate, and he was an active member of the Real Estate Club. Worthen will bring fresh insight and knowledge to NAI Charleston. He spends his free time pursuing interests in architecture, layout design, and automotive conservation.

“We are excited to have Welles join our team,” said Thomas Boulware, Broker-in-Charge at NAI Charleston. “His passion for real estate and development will contribute to his success as an agent.”
