This was formerly occupied by Spectrum Paint and is two doors down from Hometeam BBQ. The growing area of NoMo is filled with apartment communities, office complexes, restaurants, breweries and future retail opportunities, making the area a great fit for GrandSouth Bank’s expansion. NAI Charleston represented the buyer, and Avison Young represented the seller, Pearce Development LLC. The building sold for $2.4 million.
