The Charleston Metro Chamber is pleased to announce that Haley Franks has joined the Chamber team as the Operations and Administrative Services Manager.

Haley is responsible for critical support roles, including human resources administration, accounting assistance and in-office member experience. Haley also assists with updates to guidelines and policy and helps to define and document efficiencies in internal Standard Operating Procedures.

“I am excited to support both our staff and members by providing a safe, professional and optimal work environment for the entire Chamber team,” Haley said. “My skills and past experience will allow me to equip staff with the necessary tools and resources to elevate the Chamber’s mission.”

Prior to working for the Chamber, Haley was the Administrative Assistant for a small local start-up organization, where her role ranged from staff management and scheduling, investor relations, marketing, customer service, invoicing and billing, policy writing and much more. Prior to that, she worked as the Operations Manager for Kendra Scott and helped open the first retail store for the brand in South Carolina. At Kendra Scott, she managed inventory, budget, staff hiring and firing, scheduling, hosting events and reported daily sales.

Haley is from Summerville, South Carolina and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of South Florida. While studying in Austria, she earned a Business Management certificate from Salzburg College. Haley currently lives downtown with her four year old golden retriever, Noodle.
