This year, the Chamber started with a goal: to set forth on a diversity, equity & inclusion journey that would bring valuable conversations to the forefront, create much-needed change in our region, and within organizations, and help our Chamber be able to walk the walk and talk the talk around these critical issues.

With all of this in mind and in the midst of a crazy year, we decided to launch a fully virtual DE&I Conference, where participants would spend three days journeying together with the goal of leading our region’s business community in creating a diverse and inclusive workforce where opportunities and resources are equitable for all.

Day One

With nerves, excitement and anticipation in tow, we kicked off day one of the conference…and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the momentum generated.

Day Two

After the incredible information that was delivered on day one of the conference, participants (and Chamber staff) were eager to launch into Day Two!

Day Three

The final day of the conference definitely did not disappoint! The impactful conversations and “chat culture” continued, as well as the messages from each of these speakers.
