Recognizing that there were so many people struggling, Parker’s Kitchen created a $20 million community fund to support charitable causes across coastal Georgia and South Carolina. They plan to grow that fund to $100 million over the next 10 years. Company founder and CEO Greg Parker opened the first Parker’s Kitchen in Midway, Georgia in 1976. He has since grown the company to be an award winning convenience store with 69 locations.
