Relocation Director

Position Summary

Apartment and Corporate Relocation Services is looking for a relocation director for the Charleston Office. Must be dependable, self-starter and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ideal candidate will have customer service and administrative experience with multifamily or leasing experience preferred.

 Ideal candidate will:

• Maintain a professional tone in all customer interactions
• Contribute to leasing ideas and be goal oriented in all interactions
• Maintain awareness of local market and industry trends
• Will occasionally be asked to perform external marketing to apartment communities
• Correctly complete lease files and maintain attention to detail .
• Take instructions from Senior Relocation Director
• Computer Skills: Word, Excel,
• Update and maintain file systems in place
• Act as point of contact for external and internal clients
