Lowcountry Food Bank Hiring Donor Data Services Coordinator

The Donor Data Services Coordinator is a critical member of the development department and is responsible for a wide range of donor services including maintaining Raiser’s edge (RE) NXT software and ensuring the timely and accurate recording and acknowledgement of donations; responding to donor inquiries via phone, email, website, postal mail, and in-person; accepting, entering, reconciling, acknowledging and reporting donations and event registrations; importing event participation files from external vendors, and assisting at events. It is essential that the donor data is accurate and remains up to date. A high level of customer service is also required.

The ideal candidate has previous RE database experience and understands the backend RE technologies and operational systems. Previous experience with mail merge processes and MS Office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook and PowerPoint with an above-average competency in the use of Excel to manage data is required. Must have experience with creating RE queries and custom reports as well as tracking and resolving errors.
A high school diploma or GED is required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Exceptional organizational, project and time management skills including attention to detail, ability to prioritize, ability to meet deadlines, ability to multi-task and strong problem solving skills preferred. This person will have the ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies, and will have a working knowledge of and experience with internet research.
