You are cordially invited to attend the Your Next Step Job Fair. The Berkeley-Charleston-Dorchester Council of Governments, in partnership with SC Works Trident will host the annual Your Next Step Job Fair on Wednesday May 7, 2025 from 9:00am – 3:00pm at the Charleston Area Convention Center – 5001 Coliseum Dr, North Charleston, SC 29418. The event will provide an opportunity for Employers and Community Resource Partners to network with the community and recruit employees. Our event partners include Berkeley County Economic Development, Charleston County Economic Development, Dorchester County Economic Development, and the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce. 

High School Seniors from all four Trident region school districts will participate from 9:00am – 12:00pm. The purpose of the job fair is to match jobseekers who are entering the workforce after high school graduation with employers hiring for entry level positions that do not require work experience. The job fair will open to the public from 1:00pm – 3:00pm.

You are invited to participate, there is no fee to participate, to recruit and conduct on-site interviews. We will provide 1 table and 2 chairs. You will have space to display backdrops and signage, company tablecloth and marketing materials.  You are encouraged to wear attire that displays your company logo. We encourage wearing comfortable shoes as we are encouraging employers and partners to network with students during the event.
