How to sign in and access your personal Heystack account

Getting started in Heystack is simple! Use the email address and password from your previous membership portal account. If necessary, you can generate a new password for your account by clicking ‘Forgot Password’ on the Sign In screen and providing the email address associated with your Chamber membership. The video below walks you through step-by-step instructions on signing into your account.

How do I get started?

It’s simple really. Use the email address and password from your previous membership portal account. Don’t know your password… no worries, it is easy to generate a new one. Just click Forgot Password on the Sign In screen and provide your email address. We will send you step-by-step instructions to reset your password. From there you can sign in and start enjoying the great features Heystack has to offer!

Why should I utilize my Heystack account?

Heystack allows you to quickly and easily register for events, pay invoices and update your membership information. You can keep track of your billing history and ensure that we have the most accurate data on your company. Not to mention, it is an added benefit to your Chamber membership.

Can multiple members of my organization have a Heystack account?

Yes! As a Chamber member, every person in your company has access to your benefits. That means they can all have a Heystack account, giving them access to registering for events with ease and contacting fellow members. With that said, you can designate who you would like to serve as your organization’s administrator and has access to your billing information. If you would like to invite additional team members to have a Heystack account, please complete the form below or contact your membership account representative.

Is my information secure?

Absolutely! Our site is completely secure, so you can rest assure your information is safe. We never share or sell your email address, however, you can be contacted through our member directory.

Can other members see my information?

Your company name and address are visible on our fully searchable member directory, along with a link to your website. This helps fellow members and visitors to our site find you and is a promotional benefit of your Chamber membership. It is important to keep your member information updated and accurate as this is what is displayed on the directory. You may also be contacted through an inquiry form within the directory – we are committed to helping you grow your business!
