The first Impact Series session will provide the unique opportunity to hear from our three new mayors in the Charleston region, Mayor Reggie Burgess of North Charleston, Mayor William Cogswell of Charleston and Mayor Russ Touchberry of Summerville. Transitions in leadership give rise to inquiries regarding visions for the future, opportunities for impact and possible action to support during the early days of a transition. Impact Series – Meet the New Mayors will delve into each officials’ thoughts and plans for their first term in office and what can be expected from the change in leadership.

Natalie Hauff of the Charleston County Public Library will join to serve as moderator for the panel discussion.
