Be among the first to step inside The Cooper, Charleston’s only luxury waterfront hotel, before it opens to the public. This private hard hat tour, exclusive to Leadership Circle Investors, offers a rare look at a transformative project that is reshaping Charleston’s historic waterfront.
The Cooper is a six-story, 191-room luxury resort offering premier accommodations and amenities. The hotel features four distinct food and beverage destinations, a 7,000-square foot spa, an on-site marina with a fleet of luxury vessels and 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space.
You’ll walk the site with fellow Leadership Circle Investors and project leaders from BL Harbert, gaining perspective on what it takes to bring a development of this scale to life in downtown Charleston. Then, continue the conversation with a cash bar and networking at The Vendue from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m.
Two tour groups will be accommodated at 4:00 and 4:30 p.m., with 25 space available in each.
Please note this is an active construction site; PPE is required (closed-toe shoes, long pants, hard hats, safety glasses and vests). Bring your own if available, as supplies are limited, and a waiver must be completed prior to arrival.
Release forms must be completed before arrival. If both forms are not completed, you will be unable to take the tour.
