Join Dr. Troy and On Purpose Adventures for an interactive, hands-on Cohesion Culture™ workshop that arms emerging leaders with skills to grow, develop, and advance.

In this introductory session, participants will:

• Prepare their mindset to think like a leader of transformation.
• Own their personal values and bring them to life.
• Wield their words by discarding limiting language and practicing effective communication and affirmation techniques.
• Evolve their leadership acumen by exercising their strengths and competencies.
• Refresh and manage their stress to reduce or eliminate burnout.

Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. After the workshop, attendees will have the opportunity to go in a group to a nearby restaurant.
