Bistronomy by Nico, a new concept brought together by Dominic Chantepie (of Bistro a Vin) and Nico Romo is now open. After a month of refreshing the old Josephine Wine Bar on Spring Street, Bistronomy by Nico opened their doors to the public Friday, November 20th, 2020.
Reservations will be required as seating is limited and can be made on OpenTable. COVID precautions are being taken and patrons will need to wear a mask when entering the building and when not seated at their table. The menu offers an array of delicious bites that hearken back to chef/owner Nico Romo’s debut 15 years ago when he came to Charleston, SC.
“After a few minor renovations we are happy to be welcoming guests into our new space,” says chef and co-owner Nico Romo. “Bistronomy offers an innovative and diverse menu, while paying homage to classic French dishes.”
