Dunhill Staffing Systems Celebrates its 20th Anniversary!

Dunhill Staffing Systems of Charleston was founded by Neil and Melinda Whitman on September 17, 2001 (and shortly after became a member of the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce) and will celebrate 20 years in business this year. Since opening, Dunhill has provided temporary, temp-to-perm, contingency search, and RPO services in the Charleston region and throughout the United States. Clients have included many CMCC members from locally-owned, small businesses to the world’s largest aerospace manufacturer. In 2009, Neil and Melinda purchased the naming rights of Dunhill Staffing Systems, the national franchise recruiting corporation which was founded in 1952.

Today from the main office in Mount Pleasant, Dunhill has a staff of 7 and with temporary/contract workers in more than 10 states. Dunhill has been the recipient of numerous awards including being named the state’s Fastest Growing Small Business by SC Biz News in 2015, two-time winner of Charleston’s Choice for the Best Staffing Company by The Post & Courier, and numerous Rookies of the Year and Top Producers of the former national Dunhill Staffing Systems franchise system.

The leadership of Dunhill is active in many local associations and non-profit organizations, including Katie Henderson, President & Owner, who is currently serving on the CMCC Board of Directors and Thrive Steering Committee. Now owned by Neil & Melinda, as well as their daughter, Katie Henderson, Dunhill is excited to continue its mission to Deliver World-Class Recruiting & Staffing Solutions For Our Clients’ Success!
