NAI Charleston, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Charleston, announced the arrival of the very first Starbucks to the town of Hartsville, SC. Will Sherrod, CCIM, represented the owner of The Shops at Hartsville, the shopping center where the national chain now resides. From here began the creation and carve out of a pad site for a freestanding Starbucks.  A lease was negotiated with Starbucks, and Sherrod organized the development team and oversaw design and construction. The asset was sold as a Net Leased investment upon completion for $1.475 million. Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer.
