Ruby Sunshine to Replace Former Blossom Restaurant on East Bay

NAI Charleston was pleased to facilitate the lease of 171 East Bay Street, welcoming newcomer Ruby Sunshine, a New Orleans based restaurant, to the historic district of downtown Charleston. Ruby Sunshine will add to the breakfast and brunch options for the iconic dining corridor, offering all-day Southern brunch items. The space was formerly occupied by Blossom for 27 years.

Thomas Boulware, SIOR, CCIM and David Grubbs, SIOR represented the owner, Parsell Enterprises, LLC, and Nick Tanana with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the tenant RSC Charleston, LLC.
