As part of Charleston Young Professionals commitment to their key pillar of service, members came together to help keep Shem Creek beautiful while enjoying some time on the water! The Kayak & Clean Up event focused on cleaning up litter from areas surrounding Shem Creek in Mt. Pleasant, with the added benefit of cruising the waters in kayaks, thanks to Nature Adventures.

The goal of CYP is to attract, retain and develop young professionals in the Charleston region. In doing so, the key pillars of Connections, Policy, Professional Development and Service drive the planning of CYP events. On October 5, the Connections pillar will be the focus of Networking Bingo at The Ryder Hotel and Little Palm. If you are new to CYP or want to learn how to get the most from your CYP or Chamber membership, register for YP101, which will take place the hour before Networking Bingo.
