As we continue to grapple with the crisis of attainable housing in our region, it’s important to ensure that everyone understands the benefits of attainable housing and who stands to benefit from solutions. However, articulating the concept of attainable housing can sometimes be challenging, particularly in discussions. 

To help spread awareness and education about this challenge in the Charleston region, thanks in part to contributions from the Town of Mount Pleasant, the Charleston Metro Chamber’s Regional Housing Coalition has developed an Attainable Housing Toolkit. The toolkit contains social media posts, videos, articles and resources available for use on social media, in newsletters or individual outreach.

As a Chamber and coalition supporter, we invite you to share the contents of this toolkit with your audience to help move our region towards a better understanding of how attainable housing challenges are impacting everyone in our community and how we can create solutions.
