Adapt Forward Cyber Security Hiring Capture Lead

As a Capture Lead, you will develop and implement the Capture Plan encompassing Win Strategy, Price to Win etc. You will lead multiple cyber mission focused opportunities supporting our customers’ missions.  You will create capture plans with clear objectives, goals, schedule, and actions to drive capture maturity and Probability of Win improvement.

Position Requirements and Duties
Directly support capture planning and execution across all business units.

Participate in the entire business development process from initial identification through proposal submission.

Developing and managing capture budgets and resource assignments. 

Contributing to business case development. 

Ensuring that the proposal incorporates the themes, differentiators, and proofs developed during the capture. 

Partnering with the other functional organizations (HR, Contracts, Subcontracts, Financial) to ensure awareness and contribution to the progress of the capture.

Identify new opportunities that align with Adapt Forward’s core capabilities and Strategic Plan.

Management of the capture process and integrating capture information into formal and proprietary documents, including RFI’s, Sources Sought, data calls, and final proposals

Travel as required, as dictated by business need 

Minimum Qualifications
US Citizen

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent years of directly relevant experience

At least five years of related DoD business development and capture experience

Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience developing and maintaining relationships with small and large business industry partners and developing strong teaming strategies.

Demonstrated experience identifying, qualifying, and winning business.

Experience writing technical, management, past performance, and other proposal related content. Strong mastery of strategic capture with the ability to develop strong technical and management responses.

Ability to work across technical, business development, and support functions within a company to develop a winning proposal.
Must have in-depth knowledge of the DoD and Intelligence acquisition and budgeting.

Experience supporting all phases of a large and multi-year capture effort, including strategic planning, teaming, proposals, market, or competitive and price-to-win.
