Hotel Operations

Front Desk Agent – checks guests in and out and answers guest questions.
P.B.X. Operator – answers the phone and directs calls
Reservations Sales Specialist – takes hotel reservations
Room Attendants – cleans rooms
Houseperson – cleans hotel space around property

Marina

Marina Third Shift – Customer Service – takes care of the marina over night

Marina Store

Retail Sales Associate – sales associated in the marina store

Estuary Spa

Licensed Massage Therapist – massage therapist at our Estuary spa
Client Coordinator – makes appointments and checks guests in and out of spa

Engineering

Resort Chief Engineer – in charge of the maintenance of the hotel
Engineer Tech 1 – helps out with the maintenance of the hotel

Food & Beverage

Resort Chef de Cuisine – chef at the resort
Restaurant Manager – manages the fish house restaurant on property
Resort/Outlet Manager – manages Tiki, Reel Bar and Bridge Bar
Restaurant Bartender -bartends at the Fish House
Restaurant Host – Checks in guests at the Fish House
Restaurant/Outlet Server – serves guests at the Fish House and other outlets
Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager – manages the kitchen
Line Cook – cooks food
Dishwasher/Food Prep – washes dishes and preps food

Banquets

Banquet Captain – Supervises banquet experiences
Banquet Set-Up – Sets up banquet events
