Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls with clients and employees
- Create and maintain accurate sales records using Microsoft 360 programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Generate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
- Support and coordinate with sales team to assist in achieving budgetary goals
- Assist with marketing initiatives and research potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 360 (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
- Comfort with making and receiving phone calls is essential.
- A motivated and self-directed individual with a positive attitude.
- Experience within the media industry a plus.
