Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls with clients and employees
• Create and maintain accurate sales records using Microsoft 360 programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Generate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring all details are accurate and complete.
• Support and coordinate with sales team to assist in achieving budgetary goals
• Assist with marketing initiatives and research potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 360 (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Comfort with making and receiving phone calls is essential.
• A motivated and self-directed individual with a positive attitude.
• Experience within the media industry a plus.
