The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina is seeking an applicant for an Associate Director of Admissions in the Admissions Office. Under minimal supervision of the Director, the Associate Director is responsible for the recruitment and admissions activities for the Corps of Cadets. Specific responsibilities will include:
Minimum Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree is required. Extensive experience as an admissions officer recruiting undergraduate students is required. The ability to work collegially within the admissions staff is critical. Position requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Strong computer skills are required. The ability to travel and willingness/ability to work flexible hours will be required for completion of duties.
Preferred Qualifications:
An understanding of The Citadel or other selective college admissions practices is a plus. A working knowledge of BANNER, Slate or another CRM is desired, but not required.
