SALES CANVASSER
Position Overview: Canvassing for storm damage and other roofing and
exterior leads
Position Type: Part-Time (Flexible hours)
Job Location: Charleston Tri-county area
Reports To: Director of Roofing
Position Objective: Create leads and set appointments for sales consultants

We work with a broad assortment of roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal, TPO, slate and copper. We partner with both homeowners and other general contractors. We operate in both the insurance and retail market and strive to lead the industry by making every client a raving fan and building lasting relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Door-to-door sales
• Knocking 60-100 doors per day
• Placing door hangers on front door
• Speaking with potential customers
• Sharing the sales process
• Collecting information from potential customers and inputting into CRM
• Taking note of any preferences or important information for sales consultant
• Tracking progress and report to Director of Roofing

Skills

• No climbing or getting on roofs
• Outgoing/personable
• Ability to walk long distances
• Self guided
• Ability to present professionally

Qualifications

• Must be available to work 3-5 days per week
• Saturday morning (is a required day, but we can be flexible if needed)
• Ability to commute/relocate
• Driver’s License (Required)

Compensation & Benefits

• $12.00/per hour
• $25.00/per inspection
• $100.00 on any approved job
• Advancement opportunities
• Bonus pay
