Spire Roofing is Now Hiring A Roofing & Exterior Sales Consultant!

Position Type: Full-Time | Ranges $40,000-$120,000/per year
Job Location: Charleston, SC
Reports To: Director of Roofing
Position Objective: Creating, following up, closing, and facilitating roofing &
exterior contracts.

Spire Roofing is a growing roofing company specializing in commercial and residential roofing based in Charleston, South Carolina. We are mainly focused on expanding our roofing sales department. We work with a broad assortment of roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal, TPO, slate and copper. We partner with both homeowners and other general contractors. We operate in both the insurance and retail market and strive to lead the industry by making every client a raving fan and building lasting relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Creating and following up with roofing & exterior leads
  • Canvassing for storm damage and other roofing leads
  • Following up with qualified leads
  • Communication with current and potential clients
  • Maintaining strong relationships with adjusters
  • Estimating
  • Managing installs
  • Exterior sales in windows, siding, and doors
  • Oversees materials and labor crews that are best suited for each project
  • Sales-minded and open to making contacts and networking
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Skills

  • Experience working in small teams
  • At least 2 years of any sales experience
  • Ability to use cloud based storage
  • Comfortable with ladder work, not afraid of heights
  • Able to work some evenings and weekends when necessary
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to follow directions
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent computer knowledge/experience
  • High level of urgency
  • Bilingual is a plus

Qualifications

  • High school degree, Associates, and/or Bachelors in related field preferred
  • Previous work experience in sales and meeting market goals
  • Knowledge of roofing/exteriors/construction work
  • Driver’s License (Required)/ Insured vehicle with the ability to transport a ladder
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a computer

Compensation

  • W-2 relationship
  • Potential to earn between $40,000-$120,000 per year
