Venture X is looking for enthusiastic Community Coordinator who can live and breathe our core values. We want someone that has a passion for hospitality to assist in creating a memorable member experience. We’ll also need you to know your way around a computer and be comfortable supporting customers through phone, email, and in person. Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the overall responsibility of ensuring the positive and welcoming atmosphere at Venture X by:

· Assist with opening procedures and setting up the café for members
· Assist with stocking the café as needed
· Ensuring the cleanliness of the common areas, café, restrooms, and member services.
· Sorting through the mail
· Answering phones and directing information and people as needed
· Assisting members with needs or directing them to the appropriate team member
· Ability to multi-task
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Demonstrate excellent customer service
· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
· Strong problem solving, problem prevention and decision making skills
· Create and send out the monthly newsletter to all members
· Assist the Community Manager with various tasks (greeting and checking in guests, assisting with the set up for meetings or events, printer assistance, member orientations)
· Handle all mail and the maintenance of virtual office plans.

This role is a vital part of the services we provide to our members. In assisting them to make the most of their businesses and careers, you have a great impact on that experience. The Community Coordinator is the front line in creating a welcoming atmosphere and assisting members and guests with their needs. Each day brings a new challenge and opportunity to positively impact our community.

· Monthly team call to discuss our team efforts
· Ensure a smooth communication flow regarding any special member requirements or any other matters that are relevant for team members.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality/service industry
· High School Diploma Required
· High standard of customer service and strong written and oral skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility
· Good IT knowledge

Mental Requirements: Reasoning, remembering, mathematics, appropriate language ability

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to handle interruptions to work flow
· Ability to receive written or oral instructions
· Ability to work with a variety of individuals
· Ability to listen and respond clearly
· Hearing – Ability to receive detailed information through oral and telephone communication
· Talking – Clearly expresses ideas by means of spoken word
· Repetitive Motions – Substantial movements of wrists, hands and fingers.
· Vision – Ability to see and read
· Crouching, kneeling, standing, climbing, stooping, walking, pushing, pulling, sitting and lifting up to 25 lbs.
· Ability to handle small tools such as a drill, hammer, screwdriver, etc.

Hours & Pay:
· This is a full time position M-F 8AM to 5PM. Salary begins at $35,000 annually.
