Venture X is looking for enthusiastic Part-Time Community Coordinator who can live and breathe our core values. We want someone that has a passion for hospitality to assist in creating a memorable member experience. We’ll also need you to know your way around a computer and be comfortable supporting customers through phone, email, and in person.

Responsible for ensuring a positive guest/member experience by:

• Assisting in set up of events

• Assisting in ensuring communication is promptly and efficiently taking place

• Ensuring all reserved meeting rooms are clean and set

• Ensuring all events are financially accounted for and submitted timely

• Following up each event with a “thank you” email to ensure a positive experience was had

Assist in the overall responsibility of ensuring the positive and welcoming atmosphere at Venture X by:

• Ensuring the cleanliness of the common areas, café, restrooms, and member services.

• Attend weekly staff meetings, coming prepared with the necessary reports/notes

• Assisting with the management of Virtual Office Mail onsite
