The Charleston Metro Chamber is proud to celebrate the graduates of the 2026 Managers Institute, a dynamic group of business leaders who have demonstrated a strong commitment to strengthening their leadership skills, supporting their teams and growing as intentional, effective managers.

Led by Mike Mosel of Pelarity, the Managers Institute provided participants with a data-driven approach to leadership development, helping them align talent strategy with business goals while building the practical skills needed to lead in today’s evolving workplace.

Throughout the program, graduates explored key areas of team leadership, including self-awareness, communication, strategic delegation, performance management, team dynamics, organizational culture and leadership styles. Annually, the Managers Institute equips participants with tools to lead with greater confidence, clarity and purpose.

As graduates of the 2026 Managers Institute, these leaders are prepared to support their teams more effectively, drive productivity and contribute to the long-term success of their organizations and the broader Charleston business community.
