Congratulations to the Spring 2024 Leadership Discovery graduates who completed a 10-week, skills-based leadership program, learning from the experiences of leaders from around the Charleston region.
Throughout the program, presented by Wells Fargo, participants learned from seven leaders, from a range of sectors, on how they advanced as a leader and their approaches to working within a team to create positive transformation. In addition to mentor sessions, participants completed the Everything DiSC Workplace assessment, conducted by Positively People, who provided insights into personal working styles, along with guidance on how to more effectively work with peers who possess varying work styles. To cap off the spring session, participants gathered at Hall’s Signature Events for an etiquette dinner, under the guidance of Cynthia Grosso of Charleston School of Protocol.
