Eleven professionals from across the region recently completed the inaugural Insightful Leadership program, presented by Wells Fargo, stepping forward, better prepared to lead with clarity, empathy and adaptability. Over four weeks, participants strengthened the skills that help them inspire trust, navigate complex situations and foster healthier team dynamics. The impact extends beyond the individual, each graduate returns to their organization with tools to build stronger relationships and create environments where people can thrive.

Guided by Kenya Dunn, the program combined interactive discussions and real-world applications to challenge participants to think differently and grow intentionally. From developing emotional intelligence to embracing cultural awareness, the sessions focused on equipping leaders to respond to today’s evolving business landscape with confidence and purpose.

Programs like Insightful Leadership show how intentional leadership development benefits not just individuals, but the organizations and communities they serve. Stronger leaders build stronger teams, and stronger teams strengthen our region.
