Professionals who are looking for opportunities to advance into leadership roles have the chance to learn from experienced leaders from our area thanks to Leadership Discovery. Participants in this 10-session course will have the chance to hear from mentors about the difficulties and successes they overcame as they honed their leadership abilities and style, as well as the lessons they are currently applying in their professional capacities.

The opportunity for participants to interact with mentors during each session makes Leadership Discovery special. It is possible to create a more individualized experience by asking questions, receiving critiques and getting feedback on the questions each participant has. Leadership Discovery participants have the power to shape their experiences however they want.

Each participant will also receive a DiSC Assessment, which aids in understanding themselves and how they interact with others. Leadership starts with knowing where your areas of strength and weakness are. Growing as a leader can be sped up by being aware of where you might need assistance or what you can do to play to your strengths.

Leadership Discovery concludes with a three-course dinner featuring business etiquette. There may be new and exciting opportunities as your leadership development progresses. Attending a business dinner can be nerve-wracking, but if you are prepared and confident before you go, your attention will be diverted from your etiquette to the interactions and connections around you.
