SUMMERVILLE – The construction of a pair of 7,000sf commercial buildings has been completed, balancing the Nexton community’s retail and office space offerings with their award-winning residential neighborhoods. “Brighton Court” continues the micro-campus along Brighton Park Boulevard began by Dr. John Schnorr’s Coastal Fertility Specialists’ building. A similar modern design, architectural massing and material palette was used for the two buildings which flank a central outdoor gathering space.
