Buist Byars & Taylor LLC is pleased to announce Jennifer J. Flanagin has joined the firm as a partner in its residential real estate practice.

Based at the firm’s office at 652 Coleman Boulevard in Mt. Pleasant, she and fellow partner Ashley Blum will lead the department together, serving clients throughout the Lowcountry.

Jennifer was born and raised in Charleston and attended Buist Academy and the Academic Magnet High School. She went on to study Philosophy at Davidson College then earned her law degree at the University of South Carolina School of Law.

She has been handling real estate closing for nearly 15 years, first in the Washington, DC area and now back in South Carolina, focusing on residential transactions, as well as document preparation such as contracts, deeds, easements, and leases.
