Union Pier Team Launches Virtual Engagement, New Website

We are excited to announce a new, interactive website for the Union Pier project! Even though you can still find us at the same address (unionpiersc.com), this site will be your new virtual home for all things related to the Union Pier planning process.

The new site features virtual engagement opportunities for community members who can’t make it to our in-person engagement events. Our virtual engagement feature will enable the Union Pier team to ensure that more voices are heard throughout the planning process. If you missed the January community workshops, please take a moment to share your ideas about the future of Union Pier!

Additionally, you can use the site to discover the history of Union Pier beginning with its role as a pre-colonial Indigenous cultural landscape and trace the development of the land and its surroundings over the centuries.

For the next several months, this site will be your go-to source of information about upcoming meetings and events, our project timeline, virtual engagement opportunities, the feedback we are hearing from our community, and more.
