2021 was a busy and exciting year for us! We continued to grow and develop our missional work, including hosting a variety of students and educators in our Talent initiatives, harness an incredible engagement opportunity in our DC Fly-In and launched the Minority Business Directory, just to name a few. In 2022, we look forward to assessing pressing business needs, responding to the housing attainability crisis, targeting working shortages, roadmap our region’s next decade and lead business community DE&I efforts.
