The results of the 2023 Compensation and Benefits report are a culmination of data collected from a survey on the benefits and compensation practices among employers in the three-county Charleston Metro Area. The results of the survey help existing firms evaluate their own compensation practices, provide benchmarks to help with strategic planning and provide general information to companies looking at the metro area as a potential place to grow.
