The Charleston Metro Chamber is excited to announce the Managers Institute Class of 2026, a dynamic group of professionals committed to strengthening their leadership and elevating the teams they serve.
Led by Mike Mosel of Pelarity, the program brings a data-driven approach to leadership development, aligning talent strategy with business goals. Designed for both emerging and experienced managers, the program equips participants with essential tools to navigate the evolving demands of team leadership, from self-awareness and communication to strategic delegation and performance management.
Through focused sessions on managing others, team dynamics, organizational culture and leadership styles, the Managers Institute prepares participants to lead with greater confidence and intention. Graduates leave the program with a refined approach to leadership, ready to support their teams more effectively, drive productivity and contribute to their organization’s long-term success.
